Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your deposit is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend your appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

A new deposit may be required to schedule another appointment.

A no-call/no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.

Clients who no-call/no-show may also be required to pay the full balance of the missed appointment or a new booking fee before another appointment can be scheduled.
